Step 1: Design Consultation & Dimensioning

Ryan specified a custom opening size of 32″ x 81″ for his theater room. To achieve a sleek, classic cinema aesthetic, he chose a rich black padded vinyl finish and requested bright silver accent hardware throughout the entire design.

Step 2: Custom Material & Hardware Specification

To execute Ryan’s vision, our master craftsmen carefully curated every accent detail:

• Premium Black Vinyl Upholstery: Deep black padded vinyl hand-tufted for enhanced acoustic dampening and visual texture.

• Silver Accent Hardware: Fitted with polished silver tufting buttons, perimeter silver studs (nailheads), and a brushed stainless steel bottom kick plate.

• Iconic Film Reel Pull Handle: Custom-milled silver film reel pull handle serving as the central art deco feature.

• Carved Marquee Header: Framed by a solid wood casing featuring an architectural crown molding header with raised silver “THEATER” lettering.

Step 3: Production & Visual Verification

Once fabrication was complete, we conducted full acoustic and visual quality inspections. High-resolution photos and video walkthroughs of the finished door were sent to Ryan for final review. He fully approved the completed build, confirming every detail matched his vision.

Step 4: Export Wooden Crating & Global DDP Delivery

To guarantee complete protection during overseas transport from our workshop to North America, the door was secured inside a custom-built, heavy-duty plywood crate with inner foam slotting and corner protection.

The crate was labeled with client details (Ryan Couch — Hayden, Idaho, USA), product previews, and heavy-duty strapping before shipping directly to his doorstep via seamless freight transport.
